The Water and Land Resource Centre (WLRC) in collaboration with the Rift Valley Lakes Basin Administration Office of the Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE) facilitated a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Gender and Social Inclusion in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) at Hawassa South Star Hotel.
Water and Land Resource Center (WLRC) in Collaboration with the Rift Valley Lakes Basin Administration Office (RVLBO) of the Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE), under the BRIGHT project, launched a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop, which was designed to strengthen participants’ capacity to identify/map actual as well as potential water-use related conflicts and embed cooperation-enhancing mechanisms in IWRM initiatives and practices.
A seminar titled “Water–Energy–Food (WEF) Nexus Modeling: Sharing Experience for Science-Based Planning for Ethiopia” was held on 9 December 2025 at the WLRC Meeting Hall.
From 4th to 7th of Dec.2025, the WATDEV team organized productive back-to-back meetings: a Regional Meeting followed by a Local Feedback Meeting.
