Elebat Menker

Mrs. Elebat Menker serves as the Communication and External Relations Officer at the Center. She brings over 20 years of professional experience gained across diverse sectors, including government institutions, the private sector, higher education, and research organizations.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, networking, social media management, team building, and event planning and coordination. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to effectively strengthen institutional visibility, foster productive partnerships, and support the Center’s outreach and engagement efforts.
