Tsigemariam Bashe (PhD)

Dr. Tsigemariam Bashe is a Water Resources and Irrigation Management Specialist with over 14 years of experience in agricultural water management, water resources economics, and irrigation water valuation. She has conducted extensive research on enhancing water and land productivity. As a thematic expert in water governance at the Water and Land Resource Centre (WLRC), she has contributed significantly to improving water use management practices and strengthening water governance systems. Her work has also supported the development and enhancement of policies related to water use and governance. In addition, Dr. Tsigemariam has substantial experience as an instructor and researcher in higher education institutions in Ethiopia, where she has contributed to academic teaching and research development.
