The Kunzila Integrated Landscape Management Project (Kunzila ILMWA) Project, which is being co-implemented by WLRC AAU and SNV Ethiopia in partnership with the concerned government organs in the Amhara Region, West Gojjam Zone, North Achefer Wereda and communities in six rural kebeles of Kunzila Watershed and Kunzila town, supported the construction of 23.29 km rural all-weather road networks connecting with the main road the six nursery sites that were established by WLRC,
Water and Land Resource Centre, Addis Ababa University held a workshop aimed at reviewing the 2020/21 (2013 E.C.) annual performances and harmonise the 2021/22 (2014) annual plans of the different divisions and projects. While opening the one-day workshop that was held on the 29th July 2021 at Getfam Hotel, Addis Ababa, WLRC Director General Dr. Gete Zeleke underlined that the workshop was deemed important for “looking back and moving ahead!” It was conducted to serve the following purposes:
A platform for sharing results of Academy 2030 Project, to which Water and Land Resource Centre is party and collaborator, is launched online by Center for Development and Environment (CDE) of University of Bern, Switzerland. CDE announces that the Platform https://academy2030.org/ is now online with an entry on the CDE homepage/news and through social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
