MoWE has been advancing the development of a National Water Charge Regulation. As part of the BRIGHT program’s activity to support this initiative, the Water use management (WUM) team has been actively engaged in strengthening this regulatory development process.
Over the past period, the team has facilitated a comprehensive review of the draft regulation and incorporation of stakeholders feedback. Building on this support, the team, with the guidance and contribution of key officials from MoWE, has now successfully coordinated and completed the technical reinforcement and translation of the underlying study document that informs the drafting process, to ensure broader accessibility in facilitating the legal approval process.
